Build and sustain strong relationships with staff, clients, guests, and other departments, acting as a trusted leader and partner. Oversee financial reporting, including sales reports, P&L statements, and budget adherence. Analyze trends in financial data and adjust strategies to ensure the continued success of dining services. Manage purchasing, inventory, and operational controls to ensure a streamlined and efficient process. Collaborate with chefs to plan innovative, delicious, and health-conscious menus. Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and proper food storage protocols to maintain a safe dining environment.
