Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma PICU
• Monitor critically ill pediatric patients with 2:1 ratios
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements with precision
• Collaborate with intensivists, RTs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Thrive under pressure in a teaching hospital environment
• Prioritize patient care while adapting to dynamic needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years current acute care hospital PICU RN experience
• Active BLS and PALS certifications required
• RN license in good standing

Education

• RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in pediatric critical care and CR monitoring
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
• Preferred: CRRT experience, APHON certification, pediatric teaching hospital background
