Shifts Available:
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Sunday-Thursday
- 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM | Sunday-Thursday

Join our growing healthcare facility in Tyler, TX as a Floor Tech and help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, buff, strip, and wax floors in patient rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Perform regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care routines
- Operate floor equipment (buffers, scrubbers, vacuums) safely and effectively
- Apply floor finishes and sealants to maintain a polished, durable surface
- Follow all infection control and safety guidelines during cleaning procedures
- Respond promptly to spills or emergency clean-up needs
- Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous floor tech or custodial experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with floor care equipment, cleaning agents, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
