Bartender

Overview: We are looking for a skilled, personable Bartender. The ideal candidate will have strong liquor and cocktail expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating memorable beverage experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails.
- Ensure responsible alcohol serving practices in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age (must be 21+).
- Keep track of stock levels and notify management when supplies are low.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Promote specials and new beverage offerings.
- Proven experience as a bartender with extensive liquor and cocktail knowledge.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartending or alcohol server certification if required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and a great guest experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capable of working during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
