Child Welfare Family Support Specialist Location: Providence, RI Reports To: Healthy Family America Supervisor Employment Type: Full‑Time – Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shifts Salary: $22.00/hr Make a Difference Every Day. What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, home‑based family support services, including parenting education, child development guidance, and community linkage. Partner with DCYF, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure coordinated care. Conduct home visits (12–14 families caseload) and support families through individualized goal planning and progress tracking. Facilitate positive parent‑child interactions that promote growth, resilience, and connection. Prepare reports, attend court when needed, and actively engage in team meetings and supervision.
