Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients facing various mental health challenges. Specific duties will include:

- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health issues and creating personalized treatment plans based on established best practices. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' mental health needs effectively. \n
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is kept confidential and secure. \n
- Engaging in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to support a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care. \n
- Educating clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. \n
- Participating regularly in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving treatment quality and enhancing professional practices. \n
- Staying informed about the latest research and advancements within the field of mental health to ensure that your therapeutic practices remain current and effective. \n
You will predominantly serve school-aged children and their families, making your role essential in addressing youth mental health concerns. By providing targeted psychotherapy services, you will assist young clients in navigating their challenges, building resilience, and creating pathways to a healthier future.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specializing in providing psychotherapy services. \n
- Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques. \n
- Strong interpersonal communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members. \n
- Ability to analytically assess problems and develop functional solutions to support client needs. \n
- Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting. \n

- Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications. \n
