• " Own all system architecture & technical strategy — design for scale, resiliency, and rapid iteration, ensuring zero single points of failure.

" +" Lead and mentor an A‑class engineering team — recruit, retain, and inspire high‑ownership engineers; establish a culture where the team can execute without creating new worries. " +" Guide engineers hands‑on — jump into code reviews, unblock critical issues, and model technical excellence. " +" Enable AI‑assisted engineering at scale — integrate AI coding agents across workflows to increase velocity without compromising quality. " +" Achieve 100% observability — implement monitoring, logging, and alerting so problems are detected and resolved before they impact users or leadership confidence.
