Senior Supervisor Infusion Nursing - Accredo Specialty Pharmacy

Hybrid Role Work from Home & In-Office in Corona CA

What Youll Do:

• Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in homes and alternate care settings. Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by:

• Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff.

• Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits.

• Managing patient intake education and scheduling.

• Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans.

• Identifying and recommending process improvements.

What Youll Need:

• Active unencumbered RN license

• 5 years RN experience including 2 years in a supervisory role

• 1 year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)

• Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred

• Strong IV insertion skills

• Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care

• Experience with utilization management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed

• Ability to travel up to 10%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 83800 - 139600 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
