Key Qualifications:

• Possess an active Illinois Occupational Therapy certification/license
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Adaptable and comfortable managing changing caseloads and schedules
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capable of collaborating with educators, families, and related service professionals

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and inform intervention planning
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to facilitate students’ access to the curriculum
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to address student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in meetings as required
• Promote a supportive environment that fosters student growth and participation
