About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Port Angeles, Washington, 98362!
Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS Must-Have: - Epic experience - Ventilator management skills - Vasoactive drip experience - Experience with multiple medications Description: We strive to minimize weekend scheduling for travelers unless previously discussed during the interview or requested. Staffing needs are assessed monthly, and typically travelers will not be scheduled for every weekend. Please note that for night shift, weekends include Friday and Saturday, with availability required every Sunday. The unit includes 10 mixed ICU/CCU beds and 9 intermediate (stepdown) beds. Floating to medical surgical wards may occur when census is low, with staff taking turns. The CCU ratio is 2:1 and telemetry ratio is 4:1. There are no aides available on night shift. The unit does not perform hemodynamics beyond artlines and CVP lines. We manage ventilators, temporary pacemakers, and acute dialysis, which is outsourced. No intra-aortic balloon pumps are utilized. The primary focus is on medical and abdominal surgeries; neuro and cardiac surgeries are not performed. Cancellation policy is 1 shift every 4 weeks. About Cynet Health
