Registered Nurse – Evening Shift – $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN Schedule: Full-Time, Evening Shift, Every Other Weekend + Rotating On-Call Pay: $35 – $50 per hour Weekend Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour on weekends What You'll Do: Lead evening care planning, nursing support, and medication oversight Complete clinical assessments and keep detailed, accurate documentation Manage chronic conditions and respond to residents’ changing needs Collaborate with families, staff, and providers to personalize care Keep loved ones in the loop with timely, respectful communication Respond confidently to health concerns and emergencies during your shift Deliver hospitality-focused care that puts residents first What We’re Looking For: Active RN license in Minnesota Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred Confidence in clinical decision-making and communication Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Commitment to building trust with residents and their families Why Sunflower Communities?
