Intellectual Property Transactional Associate

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking a motivated mid-level Intellectual Property (Patent) Transactions Associate with a minimum of three years' experience and a demonstrated focus on patent acquisition and licensing. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in patent law and a proven ability to manage various transactional matters, particularly those related to patent transactions. Job Requirements Law Degree Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
