What You’ll Tackle

• Lead and supervise a fabrication crew to meet production targets with consistent quality.
• Develop and roll out procedures that increase efficiency and repeatability.
• Partner with engineering/design to interpret specs and drawings before work begins.
• Keep equipment running at peak performance and uphold a safe work environment.
• Train, coach, and mentor fabricators on methods, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage materials and inventory to prevent shortages and delays.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues quickly and implement fixes.

Is This You?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Hands-on fabrication experience with 3+ years leading people.
• Strong command of fabrication tools, equipment, and processes.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust across the shop.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings/specs.
• Detail-driven problem solver who keeps a cool head under pressure.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and juggles multiple priorities well.
• Committed to safety regulations and shop best practices.
