This new position is calling your name! Westaff is looking for an Education Coordinator for a local non-profit in Helena, MT !

Term: Temporary, 2+ months


Schedule: Full Time


Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm


Pay: $25/hour


What You Will Do:

• Coordinates educational offerings, trade show events, logistics for conference speakers, and distance learning webinars
• Assists with venue logistics and organize post-event closeout as directed
• Verify and process invoices and expense reports
• Management and oversight of the event management database and related association distribution lists

What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in meeting and event management, hospitality, or a related field with at least four (4) years of experience in meeting/event planning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with personal computer hardware and software, including Microsoft-based word processing, electronic communication, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), AV equipment, internet, and database software is required.
• Valid Montana Driver's license required.
