Your Opportunity: Precision Press, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our North Mankato-MN facility! In this position, you will be assisting our Sales team and helping our customers with their promotional print products!

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide a world-class experience for our customers by answering product questions, resolving order inconsistencies and coordinating with internal departments
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings
• Identify opportunities to increase sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques, recommending additional products or services, and supporting customer growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and exceptional service to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support key accounts and territories, provide account updates, and assist with customer retention and business development efforts

Your Shift:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

You Must Have:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and leadership through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions

We Also Prefer:

• Detail-orientated mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent in related experience (customer service, account management, sales)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 - 22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
