At PeaceHealth Longview Radiology in Kelso, Washington, MRI technologists work a schedule that's becoming increasingly rare: Monday through Wednesday, plus Friday. Every Thursday is yours.

And when you're at work, you're doing what you trained for. You'll support patients across Orthopedics, Neurology, Oncology, Spine and Pain Management, Primary Care, and Emergency follow-up imaging. Every day brings variety, clinical thinking, and the opportunity to help patients finally get answers.

This outpatient imaging center offers a high level of independence. You'll be trusted to use your clinical judgment, adapt exams to patient needs, maintain MRI safety standards, and create an experience that helps patients feel comfortable during what can be an uncertain time.

For technologists who are cross-trained in CT or X-ray, there's additional opportunity to keep multiple skill sets active while supporting continuity of care throughout the department.

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, or equivalent education and/or experience as required for obtaining certification/license/registration as required by State for clinical practice
• One of the following is required at hire: ARRT - Radiography, ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ARRT - Sonography, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, OR American Registry of MRI Technologists Certification.
• Required within 1.5 years: ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at hire.
• Current Licensure/Certification/Registration to practice in your trained modality as required by the State.
• The ideal candidate will also be credentialed and licensed to also help cover X-ray and/or CT when needed to help maintain coverage and continuity of care across modalities.

Working Conditions: Regular standing, walking, reaching, and operating imaging equipment. May assist with patient handling and lifting (up to 35 lbs. per NIOSH guidelines with assistive devices as appropriate). Exposure to healthcare environments including biohazards and body fluids. Requires normal vision, hearing, and communication abilities(glasses, contacts, hearing aids permitted).
