Operations Performance Strategy Associate Manager

The Operations Performance Strategy Associate Manager drives operational excellence, profitability, and best in class guest satisfaction by executing high‑impact projects that enhance restaurant performance and growth. This role partners closely with the Director of Operations Performance, Strategy Managers, Operations Performance Managers, and cross‑functional brand teams to develop, test, and implement strategic initiatives. Leveraging data and business insights, the position identifies opportunities, creates actionable solutions, and communicates results through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong self‑motivation, analytical, and collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering measurable results. Responsibilities Suggest opportunities through project proposals to improve restaurant execution and drive growth. Work with the Strategy Manager to test and execute tactics within the brands. Complete operational projects with high‑quality outputs in a timely and efficient manner. Work toward own deadlines and goals while effectively multi‑tasking between different project goals and brands. Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to gather insights, track performance, and analyze business metrics. Create and develop data visualizations to inform operational decisions, communicate results, and drive action. Collaborate effectively across a matrixed environment and build strong working relationships with the ICR Team, ICR Field Teams, and brand‑related partners. Present analytical insights and actionable strategies in compelling and clear written, verbal, or visual formats. Develop KPIs and outcomes to evaluate project performance against objectives. Identify operational challenges and opportunities and develop data‑backed solutions. Research, reconcile, and synthesize information to improve processes, outcomes, and results. Experience & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant industry or retail industry. Self starter and someone who enjoys asking questions and digging into topics. Ability to multi‑task between different project goals. Ability to adjust based on direct and actionable feedback from their boss, leadership, or team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve objectives. Experience developing a schedule of activities with deliverables and deadlines. Prioritize appropriately based on environmental demands. Stick to a schedule while working toward overarching goals. Intermediate experience with Excel, Power BI, or other analytical software. Comfort utilizing reports and dashboards to drive action. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with ability to research, reconcile, and arrive at conclusions based on information. Communicate information and data effectively in written, presentation, or verbal formats. Create presentations that appropriately communicate goals, plans, actions, and results.
