Client Onboarding Specialist

Position: New Accounts Specialist (3 openings) Contract: 5 months (may be extended) Location: Los Angeles, CA / Newark, DE (4 days in office, 1 day remote each week) Key Responsibilities Review formation documents (LLC, LP, Corporation, etc.) and client information. Communicate directly with clients or internal servicing teams. Use Salesforce to create CIS numbers and manage account requests. Complete KYC questionnaires and handle account documentation. Track account activity in manual Excel spreadsheets and internal systems (CNB1, Encore) . For CDs, ensure compliance with disclosure and timing requirements. Submit opened accounts to the Quality Check team within 48 hours. Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of experience in account opening, onboarding, or client services (banking preferred). Experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Client Service Professional, or New Accounts Specialist is ideal. Knowledge of Salesforce and comfort with Excel tracking. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation. Self‑starter; able to work from queues and manage own workload. Strong communication and responsiveness over email.
