Practice setting: Outpatient Employed position within a nonprofit health system Comprehensive Patient Care: Obtain detailed histories, perform physical examinations, and accurately diagnose and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions. Patient & Family Empowerment: Counsel and educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment options, preventative health strategies, and chronic disease self-management. About the Facility Access to radiology and lab; Specialty providers (such as cardiology, podiatry, and endocrinology) rotate through this site. General surgery, sleep, and neurology are also located in this building. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
