NURSE PRACTITIONER - Hospitalist

Location 830 ROCKFORD ST, Mount Airy, NC, 27030-1101, United States Job Category Clinical, Hospitalist Employee Type Relief Responsibilities Provides inpatient/observation clinical care to patients referred to hospitalist services. Works closely with attending hospitalist, patient care staff, and hospital departments to ensure high-quality care, timely discharge, and effective communication with PCPs, patients, families, specialists, and Administration. Requirements Current license in North Carolina to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. BCLS certification. Meet the credentialing requirements as defined by the Medical Staff. Previous experience with inpatient medicine. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with a hospitalist program.
