Locum Family Medicine Physician

30 minutes from San Jose clinic seeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician

Contract length: 3-6 months

Schedule: 10am - 7pm or 1pm - 7pm

3-5 days per week

Location will be both mobile clinic and a brick and mortar clinic

Provider will most likely split time at each

Must be able to speak Spanish

Must be willing to do work in a mobile clinic

Patient population: All ages

Avg. Daily Census: 18 (21+ Preferred)

EMR: EPIC

Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, CA license, DEA, BLS, 2+ years experience
