Clinic RN - Senior Care & Home Visit Specialist

Kintegra Health in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Clinic RN to provide direct and indirect nursing care to Senior TLC participants in clinic, home, or community settings. You will work under supervision but apply advanced nursing knowledge, participate in care planning, and document in EMR. On-call coverage rotates weekdays, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.
