Technical Product Manager

Own the product strategy and roadmap for downstream data exchange and member data transition initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements and prioritize product enhancements
Drive the transformation to a self-service, API-driven data exchange model
Support the transition to Single Source of Eligibility (SSOE) as the system of record
Lead efforts to automate inbound and outbound data exchanges between systems and partners
Define, monitor, and improve product KPIs and success metrics
Analyze product performance and user adoption data to inform product decisions
Coordinate client onboarding activities for the new data exchange platform
Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable integration solutions
Manage initiatives involving member data migration, including claims history, prior authorizations, accumulators, and refill transfers
Present product updates, recommendations, and business value to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of true Product Management experience (not a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager)
Experience owning products from discovery, strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and adoption
Strong data-driven product management background

KPI development and measurement
Product analytics interpretation
Metric ownership and accountability

Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms and transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of:

APIs
Systems integrations
Data flows
Enterprise architecture concepts

Proven ability to influence and partner across business and technology organizations
Experience leading products involving:

Data exchange platforms
Data integrations
Automation initiatives
Self-service capabilities

Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as:

Power BI
Tableau
Databricks
Snowflake
Similar data platforms
