Responsibilities- Connect with prospective clients to understand their life and health insurance needs.
- Explain complex insurance products in a clear and understandable way.
- Develop personalized insurance solutions that align with client goals.
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Nurture client relationships through ongoing support and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Wyoming Producer's License in Life and Health or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people secure their financial future.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
