DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Cash management.

Skills

• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests professionally.
