We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support regulatory compliance matters in Frankfort, Kentucky. This role works closely with the general counsel. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, excellent organizational skills, and confidence using legal technology in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate document collection, review, and production activities to support discovery efforts across active matters.

• Legislation and regulations related to vendor management.

• Assists with written policies and procedures relating to compliance matters.

• Assess operational risks and compliance.

• Demonstrated experience with business writing and drafting.

• Grant programs and compliance.

• Federal housing programs, laws and regulations.

• Proficiency with case management software and standard legal office technology tools.

• Strong written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven legal environment while maintaining confidentiality.
