Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition, goals, and environment 
• Implement activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, strength, and cognitive abilities, helping patients relearn or adapt daily tasks such as dressing, eating, or mobility
• Recommend and teach the use of assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications to support independence
• Instruct patients’ families or caregivers on treatment goals, progress, and home-based strategies
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapy license and registration
• CPR certification.
• Malpractice/liability insurance (if applicable).
• Minimum of two years of experience working as a Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting.

Shift & Schedule:

• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
