Job Title Seasonal Respiratory Therapist - NICU (260001TC) Program Overview We offer 13‑week seasonal assignments with competitive base pay and potential for contract extensions. Eligibility requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the division and competence to work independently. Responsibilities Perform respiratory care and pulmonary diagnostic procedures under the supervision of a Respiratory Care Coordinator. Administer medical gases, environmental control systems, humidification, aerosols, drugs, and medications to the cardiopulmonary system. Provide ventilatory support, including maintenance and management of life support systems. Execute bronchopulmonary drainage and breathing exercises, pulmonary rehabilitation, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Maintain natural and artificial airways, with care of patients in critical and non‑critical settings across all ages. Qualifications Licensed or Certified Respiratory Therapist in the State of Florida. BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Minimum of one year of experience (two years required for seasonal assignments). Location Primary: Tampa. Work location: TGH Main Campus, 1 Tampa General Circle, Tampa, FL 33601. On‑site work only.
