About the Role
Competere Group Inc is hiring for an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on working directly with customers, managing client accounts, and supporting brand growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, fast-paced environments, and wants a clear path into leadership. No prior experience is required—we provide structured, hands-on training.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers in person to represent client accounts
• Build relationships and provide account support for existing customers
• Answer questions and identify opportunities for account growth
• Track interactions and collaborate with your team to hit weekly goals

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face, in-person environment
• Reliable transportation (local to the area)
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
