What We Offer Competitive pay: $40-$50/hour Flexible PRN scheduling PRN opportunities within our network of facilities Employee appreciation events throughout the year Career advancement opportunities , including pathways to full-time roles or Director of Rehab Supportive, collaborative rehab team Position Summary As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and care team members Participate in care planning and discharge planning Conduct staff education and in-service training Supervise PTAs, aides, and students as needed Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred) Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to patient-centered care Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?
