Helping their clients achieve their financial goals is our top priority, and they have been accomplishing this for more than 25 years.The primary function of this role is to help conduct the operation of a financial advisory practice. Assist financial advisor(s) to help clients achieve their financial goals. The franchise owner will lead you to hone your skills, build a base of clients, and create a unique client experience for the practice. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements. They are specifically looking for someone with a strong business development acumen.This role provides client and practice support through managing client data, preparing financial plans and other deliverables, coordinating/tracking projects, organizing client seminars and other practice management tasks as needed. Responsibilities and time allocation will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.Position Functions:Marketing and Client AcquisitionDevelop and implement annual marketing plan to meet client acquisition goalsDrive client acquisition using referral program, network marketing, and natural marketsContact clients and prospects to set up meetings or appointmentsCoordinate seminars and client appreciation eventsImplement online marketing initiatives (website, social media)Implement local advertising and media relationsFinancial Planning and AdviceIdentify clients to engage in planning relationshipsPrepare planning discussions and deliverables for client meetingsGather and enter client data into Financial Planning Tool SuitePerform case analysis and develop recommendationsConduct and participate in client meetings to deliver recommendations and adviceAnswer questions for clients and hold clients accountableProduct SolutionsAssess the client's risk tolerance, goals, and time frameRecommend portfolio and product solutions that persuade clients based on their needsDevelop product deliverablesConduct transactions and execute trades to align with portfolios on behalf of clientsMonitor economy, markets, and world events to determine strategic rebalancingManage wholesaler relationshipsBusiness Management and Client CareReview and implement work methods and procedures for quality improvementDelegate work and provide feedback, training and technical/general supportSet up and maintain files, records and client management systemOngoing communication with clients including email, phone calls and lettersKey Traits of a Successful Associate Financial Advisor:Acquire and develop new business by sourcing prospective clients and presenting planning strategiesAbility to recommend suitable investment products and servicesSuccess at planning/managing resources and high level of interpersonal skillsAbility to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisor and companyAbility to support and provide guidance for complianceCurrent client database preferredCompensation and Benefits:Compensation is commensurate with experience and consists of a salary and bonus structure.They also offer insurance reimbursement, PTO, 401k
