Endoscopy RNWe are seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN for a 12-week travel assignment in a high-volume, hospital-based Endoscopy/GI procedural unit. The ideal candidate will possess ICU/critical care experience and a strong foundation in airway management and emergency response. The role involves caring for adult and pediatric patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and advanced endoscopic procedures. The average daily census is 33 patients, and the unit performs approximately 5 procedures per day. RNs provide care across pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and PACU/recovery areas. The procedures include ERCP, EUS, ESD, POEM, EMR, complex polypectomy, EGD, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, and both general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care cases. The staffing ratio is typically 1:2 with a required patient ratio experience of 1:3. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced procedural environment and bring a strong background in ICU care.
