Direct and serve as a resource to other members of the nursing team as assigned. Promote compliance and support of policies. Achieve trust in professional collegial relationships. Compensation Annual Full Pay Range: $190,342 - $190,342 (prorated if appointment percentage less than 100%). Hourly Equivalent: $91.16 - $91.16. Minimum Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. California RN license. BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at time of hire with commitment to obtain ART within six months of hire date. PALS certification. Experienced Emergency RNs only. Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience within the past three years. Proven nursing clinical skills to identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results for Emergency Room patients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work within a busy team environment. Preferred Qualifications BSN. Relevant specialty certification (e.g. CEN, CPEN, etc.). Special Conditions This is a night shift per diem position. Employment is subject to a criminal background check and a pre‑employment physical.
