Technical Support Specialist

Location: Salem, OR (Fully On-site)

Pay Range: $17/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes, access keys and listings
• Multi-task tools and screens to perform technical support assistance via telephone in an efficient and effective manner
• Follow call-handling procedures to ensure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Drug test and background check required
• Must have open availability - 5am to 7pm and able to work weekends on-site
• Technical support experience (preferably in a call center environment)
