We are currently seeking a BPO F&A Operations Processing to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Pay for this role is $20.00hr.

The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Time), Saturday (Central Time). Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, overtime may be required based on business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• One year accounting experience
• One year of account reconciliation
• Two years of data entry
• Two years MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Allocates and delegates tasks amongst employees.
• Provides operational support to employees on all phases of financial transaction processing.
• Interacts with clients and internal departments to solve issues.
• Identifies and resolves issues around pending transactions.
• Performs quality audit on accounts.
• Demonstrated client interaction skills.
• Ability to analyze reasons behind incomplete transactions.
• Understands process interdependencies.
• Possesses deep domain knowledge in F&A domain.

New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process. All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material. Must pass drug screen, a background check with education check and employment verification check.
