Details Outpatient therapy setting treating orthopedic and neurologic conditions across all ages Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with variable hours 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week No weekend or holiday shifts required Uses Epic for therapy EMR charting and documentation Performs objective testing for range of motion, strength, and functional task performance Applies taping techniques for stabilization, facilitation, or inhibition of movement Administers therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential, and iontophoresis Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant physical therapy experience required Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required IL PT License required if applicable BLS certification (AHA) required Epic charting experience required Level 1 Trauma experience required Experience with screening procedures and objective testing methods Additional Information Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, adjusting plan of care based on response and clinical findings Serves as a clinical resource and role model for staff and students Designs individualized plans of care integrating goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge planning Educates patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers using effective teaching methods Communicates with referring providers regarding patient progress and treatment recommendations Oversees and provides feedback on care delivered by support personnel Completes annual education as required for DNV Hip and Knee Replacement Program compliance, if applicable RTO not to exceed 7 total days per 13-week contract Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted American Traveler Job ID P-764698.
