This is a great opportunity in Branson, MO for an organized and dependable professional to step into a well-managed property and make an immediate impact. You'll work with a stable resident community, coordinate maintenance and daily operations, and keep everything running smoothly while the Property Manager is out—all in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule repairs with maintenance staff and outside contractors
• Schedule unit clean-outs and prepare units for occupancy
• Assist with resident check-ins and related leasing activities as needed
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service to residents and vendors
• Maintain accurate records, files, and property documentation
• Support ownership with general office and administrative tasks

Requirements for Property Manager:

- Previous administrative and property management or leasing experience

- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills are essential

- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday

- Ability to use a computer, phone and other standard office equipment

- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 20 pounds
