Press Brake Operator - 1st Shift

We are hiring a Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machines used to bend and form sheet metal parts.

What you'll do:

• Set up and operate press brake equipment

• Select proper tooling for each job

• Load sheet metal and position parts

• Perform bending operations to meet production goals

• Inspect parts using measuring tools

• Verify parts meet specifications and tolerances

• Read blueprints and work instructions

• Make adjustments to maintain quality

• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance

• Identify minor equipment issues

• Report production or equipment concerns

• Record production counts and scrap

• Maintain accurate job documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
