Hospice of Michigan in Southfield, MI, is seeking a Registered Nurse, Contact Center, to provide telephonic nursing support for hospice patients and coordinate referrals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The position requires a California RN license, strong assessment skills, and the ability to document calls, triage needs, and educate families.
