Support the academic and social growth of K-12 students as a dedicated paraprofessional, working 1:1 or in classroom support roles in a dynamic school setting near Elk Grove, CA. This contract opportunity runs from August 13, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and provides 30 hours per week across 5 days. Key Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to support students with disabilities, maintaining patience and understanding at all times
Skilled in implementing behavior support plans and utilizing positive intervention strategies in alignment with established guidelines
Effective communicator (written and oral), able to work collaboratively with staff, families, and administrators
Experience providing instructional assistance by adapting and reinforcing lessons as instructed by certified staff
Flexibility to respond to varying student needs and dynamic classroom environments
Committed to upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical practices
Strong organizational and observational skills for accurate data collection and progress monitoring
Proficiency in following IEPs and supporting students in meeting academic, social, and behavioral milestones
