- Develop, evaluate, and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures, and specifications to ensure product and service accuracy.
- Review and coordinate quality control functions across technical teams to align operations with established standards.
- Monitor and measure quality performance metrics and activities to identify operational trends and areas for enhancement.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement measures to optimize quality effectiveness and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Utilize proper quality tools and equipment under limited direction to resolve technical issues and maintain strict compliance.
