This is an exciting opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a collaborative and hands-on environment where innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence are valued every day.By joining Arxada, you will be part of a team that drives performance, embraces challenges with resilience, and continuously goes beyond to deliver impactful solutions.**Essential Job Functions:*** Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation* Support ongoing operations by diagnosing equipment issues and implementing timely corrective actions* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on control systems and electrical equipment* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance and reliability* Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new control systems and equipment* Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation* Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements**Qualifications & Experience:*** 5–10 years of experience in controls, electrical, or instrumentation roles in an industrial environment* Field of study in Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline (no degree required)* Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley or similar systems)* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, sensors, drives, and process instrumentation* Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly**Compensation & Benefits:**The expected hourly salary range for this role is **$31 to $40**, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.**Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:****Microbial Control Solutions (MCS)** focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.**Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE)**, meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.*Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
