Pay: $22–$42/hour (Based on Experience & Skill Level)

Job Type: Full-Time

Middle Georgia Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians and Mechanics for multiple openings. We are hiring individuals ranging from entry-level apprentices to highly skilled lead mechanics. Competitive pay is based on experience, technical ability, and demonstrated maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
Replace bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, pumps, and other components
Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Work independently and as part of a maintenance team

Pay Levels

Beginner Apprentice – $22/hr
Intermediate Apprentice – $24/hr
Advanced Apprentice – $26/hr
Beginner Mechanic – $28/hr
Intermediate Mechanic – $30/hr
Advanced Mechanic – $32/hr
Lead Maintenance Mechanic – $37–$42/hr

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and dependable attendance
