Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, treating approximately 12 patients per 10-hour day
• Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with a primary focus on orthopedic conditions
• Deliver care in an outpatient clinic setting with the ability to assist with acute inpatient needs as required
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary therapy team including OT and SLP staff
• Work alongside therapy aides to support daily clinic operations

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (required for assignment; must obtain prior to start)
• Current BLS certification
• Outpatient physical therapy experience
• Ability to work a Tuesday through Friday, 4 x 10-hour day schedule
• Business casual dress code adherence; no denim

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with acute inpatient physical therapy
• Comfort treating a variety of diagnoses in a small community hospital setting
