Sanitation Technician - CIPOur client is a contract packer or co-packer, co-packs ready to drink beverage products in aluminum cans ranging from juices, energy drinks, teas and carbonated soda drinks in a wide variety of aluminum can sizes.SummaryThe CIP Sanitation Technician is responsible to ensure the equipment, conveyors and facility are cleaned and verify that all cleaning practices are being followed. This position will clean and/or sanitize all equipment including food contact surfaces following strict standard operating procedures, strict good manufacturing procedures and strict food safety laws and accurately document the procedures. Will perform cleaning and sanitation duties for multiple departments under time sensitive conditions.Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 5am-3:30pm Pay: Starting at $19/hr (More for well qualified candidates) Location: Clackamas DutiesCleans the beverage processing equipment and manufacturing equipment, COP (clean out of place) and CIP (clean in place).Removes machine guards and accessories.Cleans floors and conveyors around machines.Uses floor scrubber/sweeper in warehouse areasPasteurizer cleaningPressure washingGrease removal under fillersQualificationsMust have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar food or beverage manufacturing setting.At least 2 professional references at recent companies.Speak, Read, Write in English for workplace safety.Competitive applicants will have held jobs for at least 2-3 years at a time with good references.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
