Truck Driver CDL A Solo Regional

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Milton, PA and domiciled locations. Candidates will receive weekly pay, competitive benefits, and a rewarding driving career. Pay details: $90,000 - $92,000 yearly (weekly payouts of $1,769 or more) Mileage Pay: $0.67 per mile Stop Pay: $10 per stop (less than 10 stops) / $15 per stop (more than 10 stops) Layover Pay: $30 per night out Route Premium Pay Schedule: Sunday – Thursday/Friday; start time: 10:00 AM dispatch Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO in first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid) Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided Driver safety autonomy with road support 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder drug test Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures Important Note Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, a motor‑vehicle records check, a road test, and/or customer‑specific background or badging requirements.
