Line Cook
Cerveau is looking for a part time line cook to help round out our kitchen team! We're looking for an individual who is driven, a team worker, and willing to help with day to day operations in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily prep, service, and kitchen flow to ensure consistency and quality across all stations.
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and organizational standards.
- Ensure timely communication with FOH staff regarding 86'd items, pacing, and special requests.
- Maintain prep lists, closing checklists, and daily task sheets to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong understanding of pasta, small plate service, and seasonal cooking.
- Pizza-making knowledge or willingness to learn under Executive Chef
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $20.00)
