Summary:

**Required Experience, Skills, and Certifications:** - Compassion, sense of urgency, teamwork skills. - Ability to rapidly identify Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke, and Trauma. - Required certifications: BLS, ALS, TNCC, CPI or equivalent, PALS or ENPC. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Experience with airway management/ventilators. - Strong critical thinking skills. **Other Skills:** - Skills in splinting, wound care, IV-starts, medication administration. - Competency in assessments, re-assessments, documentation, and oversight of EMT-Ps. **Best Personality Fit:** - Compassionate care giver with a non-abrasive demeanor.
