Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry Clerk to assist with inventory documentation and organization in an industrial environment. This position involves collecting and recording inventory information, documenting storage locations, and maintaining accurate records in Excel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial setting and able to follow instructions carefully.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Record rack, shelf, and bin locations throughout the facility
- Identify and document items stored in each bin or storage area
- Count and verify inventory quantities
- Take photos of inventory, storage locations, and parts as directed
- Enter inventory data accurately into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with organizing and labeling storage areas and vendor parts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Follow established procedures and instructions closely
- Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to count and record inventory information reliably
- Ability to work in an industrial or warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during the workday
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
