Plant Manager Opportunity

Well-established machine shop in the Brook Park area is looking for an accomplished manufacturing professional to fill an opening for a Plant Manager. This position would be responsible for the overall operations of a two shift production facility. Plant Manager responsibilities would include:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations including scheduling and planning
• Develop and maintain processes that will improve efficiencies and reduce waste
• Setting Key Performance Indicators and track progress
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance; maintain proper documentation and permitting
• Oversee supply chain and logistics operations
• Actively involved in the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Lead and continue to develop a high performing production staff

Candidates profile should include:

• 7+ years of manufacturing management in a machining/fabrication environment
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field preferred; Associates Degree would be considered
• Experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communicative and organizational skills
